Establishes a four-year statute of limitations for employees to file wage claims in court against employers under the Utah Payment of Wages Act

Creates a shorter one-year statute of limitations for wage claims filed against executives (officers, LLC managers/members, general partners, or partners)

Defines "executive" as a distinct category separate from "employer," including officers, managers of manager-managed LLCs, members of member-managed LLCs, general partners, and partners

Wage claims of $10,000 or less must first go through the Labor Commission's administrative process; court filing is only permitted for claims over $10,000 or when combined claims exceed that threshold
