Adds a new board member position for a resident living within five miles of a proposed homeless services campus, or a representative from the Westside Coalition if the campus is located on Salt Lake City's west side

Requires the new community representative to be appointed within 30 days of a homeless services campus location being announced or recommended

Defines "homeless services campus" as a state facility providing emergency shelter, behavioral and mental health treatment, and support services at one location, excluding correctional facilities, psychiatric facilities, and microshelter communities

Expands the definition of "service provider" to include state homeless services campus facilities and the Administrative Office of the Courts

Takes effect on May 6, 2026
