Makes the Infant at Work Program permanent for Department of Health and Human Services employees, repealing the June 30, 2026 sunset date and removing pilot program references

Expands the program to allow any executive branch agency to opt-in by submitting written notice from the agency head to the Division of Human Resource Management, subject to division approval

Requires eligible employees to have worked at least 12 consecutive months and 1,250 hours; infants must be between 6 weeks and 6 months old

Participating agencies must adopt a written participation policy and determine employee eligibility based on work environment and operational needs; employees retain sole responsibility for infant care and safety

Sets a new repeal date of July 1, 2029, subject to legislative interim committee review; bill takes effect July 1, 2026
