Municipal services districts must post website notice when engaged in planning or zoning projects for a municipality and analyze potential impacts on property values within that municipality

Districts must consult with an independent third party to assess potential unintended consequences of proposed planning or zoning actions on residents and property owners

Districts must identify specific properties that would be adversely affected by proposed actions, including by address, parcel number, or property type description

At least one board member or district employee must be available at any public meeting where a municipal legislative body considers planning or zoning recommendations prepared by the district
