Repeals Title 63G, Chapter 27, which prohibited Utah public entities from contracting with companies that participate in boycotts of Israel or other economic boycotts

Eliminates requirements for contractors to certify they are not engaged in boycott activities as a condition of receiving public contracts

Removes contract termination provisions that allowed public entities to end agreements with contractors found to be participating in prohibited boycotts

Repeals prohibitions on interference with state programs or commercial relationships related to boycott-based contracting restrictions

Effective date: May 6, 2026
