Utah Legislature applies to Congress under Article V of the U.S. Constitution to call a convention for proposing a constitutional amendment establishing term limits for members of Congress

Convention scope is strictly limited to setting term limits for both U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate members

Application may be aggregated with similar term limits applications from other states toward the two-thirds threshold (34 states) required to compel Congress to call a convention, but cannot be combined with applications on other subjects

Resolution remains a continuing application until two-thirds of state legislatures submit applications on the same subject

No appropriation required; copies to be sent to congressional leadership, Utah's congressional delegation, and presiding officers of all state legislatures
