All gratuities belong entirely to the driver and cannot be counted toward minimum compensation requirements or limited by the company's digital platform

If a company bans or deactivates a driver, it must transfer any remaining account funds to the driver within 10 days via bank deposit or mailed check

The Department of Motor Vehicles will adjust compensation rates annually by the Consumer Price Index and may investigate violations, order restitution, assess civil penalties, or revoke company operating certificates
