Removes the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from the required membership of the College and Career Ready Virginia Program advisory committee

Removes the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from the required membership of the career and technical education work group that develops dual enrollment coursework recommendations

Retains all other advisory committee and work group members, including representatives from school divisions, community colleges, universities, the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, parent representatives, and state education agencies

Amends Virginia Code sections 22.1-237.4 and 22.1-237.5 governing the administration of the College and Career Ready Virginia Program
