Eligible infrastructure projects include public water and sewer upgrades, stormwater management systems, lot clearing for new housing, and road improvements to address transportation barriers

Prioritizes projects with high potential for job creation and capital investment, those with secured matching funds from other sources, and those involving public-private partnerships
