Amends Virginia Retirement System law to allow employers to provide enhanced retirement benefits equivalent to State Police Officers' Retirement System for full-time salaried 911 dispatchers at public safety answering points

Adds 911 dispatchers to the list of eligible positions alongside law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, and regional jail officers who can receive enhanced benefits

Prohibits employers who elect enhanced benefits for 911 dispatchers from also providing the additional retirement allowance under subsection B of § 51.1-206

Enhanced benefits apply only to service earned on or after July 1, 2027, though employers may choose to extend benefits to service earned before that date

Bill becomes effective July 1, 2027
