Directs the Virginia Department of Health to study the viability of establishing a centralized mobile food unit office to handle licensure, permitting, taxation, and other operational procedures

Study must evaluate whether a centralized office could combine and optimize business license and inspection processes for mobile food units

Study must assess whether centralized collection of local meals taxes from mobile food units with redistribution to local municipal governments is feasible

Department must report findings and implementation recommendations to the House Committee on Health and Human Services and Senate Committee on Education and Health by November 1, 2026
