Amends Virginia Code § 18.2-340.20 to explicitly include "authorization to conduct electronic gaming" alongside permits for charitable gaming in the Department's authority to deny, suspend, or revoke

Removes the previous requirement in subsection B that specified notice, hearing procedures, and hearing officer selection requirements before permits could be denied, suspended, or revoked

Streamlines the appeals process by consolidating review procedures, allowing aggrieved parties to seek review of permit or authorization denials, suspensions, or revocations through the Administrative Process Act

Maintains that Department actions denying, suspending, or revoking permits or authorizations remain subject to the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.)
