Requires the Board of Education and Virginia Board of Workforce Development to conduct biennial reviews of all career and technical education (CTE) courses, pathways, and credentials offered to public school students statewide

Reviews must assess alignment of CTE offerings with industry needs, workforce demands, and emerging labor market trends, with input from employers, industry representatives, and CTE student organizations

Mandates evaluation of CTE effectiveness in preparing students for employment in high-demand fields, postsecondary enrollment, or military enlistment

Reports due October 1 of each odd-numbered year to the Secretary of Education, Secretary of Labor, and chairs of House and Senate education committees, detailing findings and recommendations for improvements

Initial review begins July 1, 2026, with a progress report due October 1, 2026, including recommendations for the review process and best practices for aligning CTE governance with industry needs
