Adds employees of the Virginia Department of Social Services and local social services departments to the list of protected workers under the state's oral threat statute

Makes it a Class 1 misdemeanor to orally threaten to kill or cause bodily injury to social services call-center contractors or employees engaged in performing their duties

Extends the same legal protections already provided to school employees and health care providers to social services workers

Amends Virginia Code § 18.2-60, which governs threats of death or bodily injury
