Reduces quorum requirements for the Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects from two engineers, two architects, and two land surveyors to one of each profession, effective July 1, 2026

Lowers quorum requirements for the Board for Professional Soil Scientists, Wetland Professionals, and Geologists from two of each professional category to one of each

Maintains the total quorum numbers (nine members for the Architects board, seven for the Soil Scientists board) while reducing the minimum representation needed from each profession

Applies to regulatory boards under the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation that oversee professional licensing
