Requires landlords to engage certified mold inspectors to reinspect dwelling units after remediation to confirm no visible mold remains.

Amends multiple sections of Virginia code including the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (§55.1-1200, §55.1-1215, §55.1-1220) and the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§59.1-200).
