Requires Virginia public K-12 schools to notify all employees and parents when the division superintendent confirms that federal immigration enforcement officials are present on school property for civil or criminal immigration enforcement purposes

Requires Virginia public colleges and universities to notify all students, faculty, and staff when immigration enforcement officials are confirmed present on campus, including the date, time, and location of the presence

Prohibits immigration enforcement officials from accessing nonpublic areas of K-12 schools or college campuses without a warrant signed by a judge or magistrate

Notifications must not contain personally identifiable information and may include links to resources about educational rights and privacy protections under state and federal law

School boards and public higher education institutions must adopt or amend policies to implement these requirements by July 1, 2027
