Allows traffic infractions to be certified alongside felony charges and ancillary misdemeanors when cases are transferred from district court to circuit court, with consent of both the prosecutor and the accused.

Amends four sections of the Virginia Code (§§ 16.1-123.1, 16.1-241, 17.1-513, and 19.2-190.1) to add "traffic infraction" to existing language about ancillary misdemeanor charges.

Traffic infractions certified under this provision proceed in the same manner as misdemeanors appealed to circuit court pursuant to § 16.1-136.

Applies to both general district court and juvenile and domestic relations district court certifications to circuit court.
