Amends Virginia Code § 32.1-325 to expand Medicaid coverage for provider-to-provider consultations delivered through telemedicine services

Requires the state plan for medical assistance to include payment for consultations between healthcare providers conducted via telemedicine as defined in § 38.2-3418.16

Maintains existing requirement that provider-to-provider consultation coverage be no more restrictive than and at least equal in amount, duration, and scope to fee-for-service program coverage

Applies to the Department of Medical Assistance Services' administration of Virginia's Medicaid program
