Reduces State Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board membership from 28 to 24 members by decreasing regional emergency medical services council representatives from 11 to seven

Restructures appointment term staggering from groups of 9, 9, and 10 members to equal groups of 8 members each serving initial terms of two, three, and four years respectively

Maintains three-year appointment terms after initial staggered terms, with members limited to two successive terms or six consecutive years of service

Preserves existing Advisory Board duties including advising on statewide emergency medical services administration, reviewing the Statewide Emergency Medical Services Plan, and monitoring the Rescue Squad Assistance Fund

Requires the Advisory Board to meet at least four times annually and establishes an Executive Committee to assist with board functions
