Directs the Board of Veterinary Medicine to amend licensure and renewal applications to include an option for veterinarians to indicate interest in serving animal shelters

Requires disclosure to applicants that their name and contact information will be shared with the State Veterinarian if they opt in

Mandates the Board to provide quarterly lists of interested veterinarians to the State Veterinarian for distribution to private and public animal shelters

Limits the shared list to only veterinarians who maintain an active license
