Authorizes Virginia regulatory boards to take disciplinary cases under advisement, defer findings, and dismiss actions upon terms and conditions set by the Board for Professional and Occupational Regulation

Expands conditions for probation or dismissal to include successful completion of remedial education or examination requirements

Applies to multiple professional licensing boards including those governing contractors, auctioneers, pilots, lead/asbestos workers, home inspectors, geologists, and cemetery companies

Amends eight sections of the Virginia Code (§§ 54.1-201, 54.1-516, 54.1-602, 54.1-902, 54.1-1110, 54.1-1134, 54.1-2208.4, and 54.1-2314) to standardize disciplinary procedures across regulatory boards

Adds cross-references to general board powers in §§ 54.1-201 and 54.1-202 throughout the affected licensing statutes to ensure consistent application of disciplinary authority
