Allows students pursuing both an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma and an advanced studies diploma to substitute certain IB courses for Virginia and U.S. history, Virginia and U.S. government, and economics and personal finance credit requirements

Requires the Board of Education to approve which IB courses or course sequences qualify as substitutes for these credit requirements

Directs the Board of Education to amend regulations so that any student completing IB diploma requirements is deemed to have satisfied all advanced studies diploma course and credit requirements without additional verification

Creates a waiver from the CPR/first aid training graduation requirement for students whose IEP or Section 504 Plan prevents completion, and for students transferring after grade 10 from schools that do not require health and physical education courses

Clarifies that transferred IB diploma students may still be required to complete CPR/first aid training unless eligible for the new waiver provisions
