Reduces the timeframe for landlords to provide tenants with a copy of the rental agreement and statement of tenant rights from one month to 10 business days after the effective date

Requires landlords to assist tenants in obtaining translation services for the flood insurance notice if requested, at no charge to the tenant, without liability for translation inaccuracies

Incorporates additional Virginia Code provisions (§ 55.1-1204.1) into the Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act's cross-references for applicable law

Applies to rental agreements entered into, extended, or renewed on or after July 1, 2026
