Creates a new special license plate for members of Virginia REALTORS, separate from the existing occupational association plates that include Certified Public Accountants

Requires an annual fee of $25 in addition to standard license plate fees for Virginia REALTORS plates

Directs $15 of each $25 fee collected (after the first 1,000 registrations) to the Virginia REALTORS License Plates for Relief Fund to provide financial assistance for natural or manmade disaster losses in Virginia

Allows existing Virginia Realtors plates issued before July 1, 2026 to remain valid until expiration and be renewed under the new provisions
