Prohibits bioslurry injections in any well drilled through groundwater management areas that were declared by regulation prior to January 1, 2020

Defines "bioslurry injection" as underground injection of agricultural waste, food waste, manure, paper sludge, or sewage sludge

Amends existing law that already prohibited hydraulic fracturing in these protected groundwater management areas to add bioslurry injections to the prohibition

Applies to groundwater management areas established under the Ground Water Management Act of 1992 (§ 62.1-254 et seq.)
