Establishes the Access to Housing Task Force to further access to housing in Virginia

Task Force membership includes six House of Delegates members, four Senate members, Secretary of Commerce and Trade, Secretary of Health and Human Resources, Director of Housing and Community Development, Executive Director of the Housing Development Authority, and Commissioner of Social Services

Task Force responsibilities include advising the Governor and state agencies on short-term and long-term housing issues, identifying minority and low-income communities affected by state housing decisions, and seeking input from Virginia residents

Requires the Task Force to recommend strategies to increase the supply of affordable, attainable housing in the Commonwealth

Task Force must submit findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by November 1, 2026
