Persons under 21 violating this section cannot be arrested, detained, or taken into custody solely for the marijuana offense; law enforcement must notify parents of minors who violate the law

Requires school principals to notify parents within 24 hours of any alleged marijuana violation on school grounds, including details about the products and timing of the incident
