Prohibits any person from performing acts in furtherance of federal immigration law enforcement within 40 feet of polling place entrances during voting hours and within one hour before opening or after closing

Extends the immigration enforcement prohibition to within 40 feet of buildings where local electoral boards meet to ascertain election results

Applies the same 40-foot immigration enforcement prohibition to locations used for election recounts, as part of court-ordered security safeguards

Violations of the polling place prohibition constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor, with election officers authorized to remove violators from the prohibited area

Amends Virginia Code sections 24.2-604, 24.2-671, and 24.2-802.1 relating to polling place conduct, election result certification, and recount procedures
