Requires each Virginia school board to annually collect and submit health insurance premium data to the Department of Education, including plan types (HMO, PPO, POS, HDHP), total premium costs, employer and employee cost shares, and enrollment numbers for each coverage level.

Mandates the Department of Education to compile the data and publish it in the Annual School Report and on its website in a format allowing comparison across school divisions, plan types, and coverage levels.

Data collection supports calculation of the statewide health care premium assumption used for Standards of Quality funding determinations.

Implementation begins with the 2026–2027 school year, with the Board of Education required to promulgate regulations establishing submission timelines, data format requirements, and definitions for plan types and coverage levels.
