Creates the title "certified violence prevention professional" for individuals providing evidence-informed, trauma-informed, non-psychotherapeutic community violence prevention services to promote positive health outcomes and reduce violence recidivism

Prohibits anyone from using the "certified violence prevention professional" title without completing approved training and obtaining certification from a Board-approved body

Requires training entities to have their curriculum and programs approved by a Board-approved body before offering certified violence prevention professional education

Directs the Board of Health to adopt regulations establishing certification requirements, education and training standards, qualifications for training entities, and limits on the number of approved training entities
