Requires the Real Estate Board to promulgate regulations for applicants seeking an initial real estate broker or salesperson license to certify their criminal history on the application and provide proof they have requested their own criminal history record

Allows the Board to issue a license upon receipt of a completed application and proof of criminal history record request if the applicant certifies no criminal history, before the actual record is received

Mandates immediate license suspension if an applicant certifies no criminal history but the subsequently received criminal history record reveals a criminal past

Requires the Board to notify the applicant and their supervising broker by certified mail of the suspension and reason within 10 days of the suspension's effective date

Exempts these suspensions from Administrative Process Act procedures, though reversal of suspension must still follow the Act's case decision requirements
