Removes the Virginia Division of the United Daughters of the Confederacy from the list of organizations exempt from state recordation taxes on real estate deeds and conveyances under § 58.1-811.

Eliminates the property tax exemption for the Virginia Division of the United Daughters of the Confederacy and the General Organization of the United Daughters of the Confederacy under § 58.1-3607.

Removes the Confederate Memorial Literary Society and the Stonewall Jackson Memorial, Incorporated from the list of organizations with property exempt from taxation by designation.

Repeals §§ 58.1-3650.31 and 58.1-3650.716, which provided specific tax exemptions for Confederacy-related organizations.

Renumbers existing exemption provisions in § 58.1-811 to account for the removal of the Confederacy organization exemption.
