Expands Virginia Law Officers' Retirement System (VaLORS) eligibility to include full-time salaried dispatchers for the Capitol Police Force, Department of State Police, and public safety answering points employed by certain qualifying agencies

Qualifying agencies for dispatcher eligibility include campus police, conservation police officers, Virginia ABC Authority special agents, Virginia Marine Resources Commission law enforcement, correctional officers, parole officers, and Department of Conservation and Recreation conservation officers

Enhanced retirement benefits apply only to service earned as a full-time salaried dispatcher on or after July 1, 2027
