Removes registered nurses from the list of practitioners who can provide a diagnosis that initiates drug therapy implementation under collaborative agreements with pharmacists

Retains physicians, podiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, and physician assistants as authorized practitioners who can diagnose before collaborative drug therapy begins

Amends § 54.1-3300.1 of the Code of Virginia governing collaborative agreements between pharmacists and healthcare practitioners

Maintains existing framework allowing pharmacists to prescribe, modify, continue, or discontinue Schedule II through VI controlled substances under collaborative agreements following proper diagnosis by an authorized practitioner
