Requires the Department of Wildlife Resources to develop and maintain a dedicated webpage educating recreational fishermen and the public about responsible recycling and disposal of fishing tackle

Defines "fishing tackle" as recreational fishing equipment including fishing line, hooks, floats, lures, and similar items used in Virginia's inland waters

Webpage must include disposal instructions, educational materials on wildlife dangers, visual aids showing impacts on waterfowl, and resources for local recycling programs and disposal sites

Department must update the webpage at least every three years in consultation with relevant state agencies and stakeholders

Educational webpage must be published no later than January 1, 2027
