Amends § 15.2-4304 of the Code of Virginia regarding the agricultural and forestal districts advisory committee membership requirements

Allows the commissioner of revenue or chief property assessment officer to designate a representative from their office to serve on the advisory committee in their place

Maintains the existing 10-member committee structure: four landowners engaged in agricultural/forestal production, four other landowners, the revenue commissioner or assessment officer (or representative), and a governing body member

Committee continues to serve without pay but may receive reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing duties
