Establishes the Agricultural Workforce Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Program within the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to support farmers, farm employees, and others engaged in agricultural operations

Requires the Department to develop a statewide suicide prevention awareness campaign tailored specifically to the agricultural workforce and address mental health challenges from natural disasters, economic hardship, and industry-specific stressors

Mandates contracts with nonprofit organizations experienced in rural mental health to establish a confidential crisis support hotline specific to agricultural workers' experiences

Requires coordination with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and integration with existing services including the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

Department must submit progress reports with data and recommendations to the House and Senate agriculture committees by September 1, 2027, and biennially thereafter
