Directs the Department of Military Affairs to assess the feasibility of establishing a Sexual Offense Prevention and Response Officer position within the existing Sexual Offense Prevention and Response Program to perform victim advocacy services

The Officer would help victims of criminal sexual assault offenses make restricted or unrestricted reports

Requires review of the existing Sexual Offense Prevention and Response Coordinator position and associated staff as part of the assessment

The Adjutant General must submit a report to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, and Chairs of the Courts of Justice Committees by November 1, 2026

Report must include a description of services provided, personnel levels and functions, and operational costs of the Program
