Mandates reporting of any housing-related studies or analyses prepared by or for the locality, covering market conditions, housing needs, infrastructure capacity, and regional housing assessments

Requires localities to report total residential development applications submitted, approved, and denied, including unit counts, with applications pending over 12 months without applicant-requested delays treated as denied

Moves the annual report deadline from September 1 to August 1 for the preceding fiscal year
