Requires the State Health Commissioner to add celiac disease awareness and safety to the training materials developed for restaurant personnel

Expands existing restaurant training materials that already cover food safety, communicable disease prevention, personal hygiene, and food allergy awareness

Amends § 35.1-15 of the Code of Virginia to include celiac disease alongside other food safety topics

Training materials and optional personnel training remain at the Commissioner's discretion for implementation
