Expands Virginia's sickle cell disease education and screening program to include information about cancers more common in individuals with sickle cell disease or trait, particularly certain types of kidney cancer

Requires the program to offer educational resources to health care providers who screen for sickle cell disease about increased cancer risks associated with these conditions

Mandates that educational resources be culturally and linguistically appropriate and cover cancer signs, symptoms, surveillance, treatment referral resources, and the importance of patient-provider communication

Directs resources to serve providers, affected individuals, and their families regarding cancer risks linked to sickle cell conditions

Amends Code of Virginia § 32.1-68 while preserving existing requirements for voluntary screening, post-screening counseling, and the comprehensive sickle cell clinic network
