Creates the Firefighters Cancer Screening Grant Program, administered by the Department of Fire Programs, to award grants to localities for cancer screening costs

Covers eligible screening tests including ultrasound cancer detection tests and multi-cancer detection tests, with grants capped at $350 per screening

Requires localities receiving grants to collect data on screening results, employment/workplace exposure history, and firefighter demographics

Fund will expire if appropriations reduce to zero and no subsequent funding is provided in any fiscal year thereafter
