Extends Medicaid reimbursement for remote patient monitoring services for high-risk pregnant patients from delivery through 12 months postpartum, previously ending at birth

Remote patient monitoring includes digital collection and electronic transmission of health data such as weight, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, blood glucose, and other physiological measurements to providers for analysis and management

Requires the Department of Medical Assistance Services to study whether other states cover remote monitoring for pregnant patients aged 35 or older through 12 months postpartum and report findings by November 1, 2026

The study must assess coverage types, associated costs, best practices, and whether age should be a factor in determining eligibility for expanded coverage
