Requires the State Board of Elections to create a searchable electronic database for campaign finance reports that allows users to search and sort by candidates, election types, offices, committees, other spenders, and contributors

Mandates the database include searchable categories for contributions, receipts, disbursements, expenditures, loans, and other campaign finance report information

Requires the database to enable searching for late filings, incomplete filings, and other campaign finance violations

Requires the database interface to provide tools for manipulating and exporting data

Effective date of July 1, 2027
