Expands the radiologic technology licensure exemption from only hospital employees to include persons employed or engaged by hospitals, health care systems, or urgent care centers affiliated with hospitals or health care systems

Broadens the types of workers covered by the exemption to include radiologic assistants and radiologic technologists, limited, in addition to radiologic technologists

Allows the Board of Medicine to promulgate initial regulations under this act without following the standard Administrative Process Act requirements

Includes a sunset provision causing these changes to expire on July 1, 2029
