Amends the composition of the Advisory Board on Behavior Analysis by changing the requirement for practitioner members from two licensed behavior analysts plus one licensed assistant behavior analyst to three members who may be either licensed behavior analysts or licensed assistant behavior analysts

Maintains the board at five total members appointed by the Governor for four-year terms

Retains the requirement that practitioner members must have at least three years of practice experience

Keeps the remaining two board positions unchanged: one physician licensed by the Board who is familiar with behavior analysis principles, and one consumer of applied behavior analysis services
