Requires residential property owners in Virginia to disclose to buyers any special exceptions, special use permits, variances, or land disturbing permits (including building and erosion control permits) issued for the property within the preceding five years

Disclosure obligation applies only when the owner has actual knowledge of such permits issued by the local governing body

Disclosure must be provided to the purchaser prior to executing the contract for sale

Disclosures must be made using a form provided by the Real Estate Board on its website

Adds new section 55.1-708.3 to the Virginia Residential Property Disclosure Act
