Data must be either posted publicly on the school division's website or presented at a public school board meeting

Reporting must include information on any complaints or dispute procedures resulting from ineligibility determinations

All data postings and presentations must comply with FERPA and other federal and state privacy laws protecting students' personally identifiable information
