Expands duties of the Suicide Prevention Coordinator in the Department of Veterans Services to compile and analyze data on veteran and military service member suicides from death certificates filed with the State Registrar of Vital Records

Requires the State Registrar of Vital Records to provide information to the Department of Veterans Services whenever a death certificate lists suicide as the manner of death for a veteran or military service member

Mandates collaboration between the Suicide Prevention Coordinator and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to develop suicide prevention programs and resources for veterans and military service members

Requires suicide data analysis to be included in the Department of Veterans Services' annual report submitted to state officials
